KYRA C. McINTYRE-WILLIAMS


 My name is Kyra C. McIntyre-Williams, and I am the Founder/President/Chief Executive Chair of the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." I founded this Organization in the year 2012 because I saw the need to help others was greater than ever. I love people and always had a soft spot in my heart for those in need. I was born and I grew up in a small city called Compton in the state of California. I grew up in an upper middle-class neighborhood where families stuck together and helped one another. As a young girl growing up, I didn't know that poverty was even a thing. It wasn't until I was bused to middle and high school that I realized everyone is not as fortunate as others. Since then, I made up my mind that something needed to change. There is a place in southern California called "Skid Row." This is where I first witnessed homelessness. It brought me to tears to see human life living as though they do not exist.

       I thought, where are the people that should be helping! But to my surprise nothing was being done and no help was on the way. "Skid Row" use to be in the downtown area of Los Angeles, but now it is all over Los Angeles and its surrounding cities. People are homeless eating out of trash cans, no way to bathe or use the restroom and nowhere to sleep at night. People overlook those that are homeless and think "why won't they just get a job like everyone else?" Oh, but if it were only that simple! Life is hard. A lot harder than it used to be and a lot of working-class people are now homeless and hungry. Inflation is a real thing and prices go up daily, so it seems.

       I know I am only one person, but I have faith and a strong belief that if we come together and "Let's Have A Heart" things will change for the better. My role in this Organization is EVERYTHING! I am very hands on with every single thing that takes place within the organization, it is my baby! I am extremely dedicated and passionate about what I do and who I help. I focus on the core functions of the organization to enable it to achieve its long-term vision and goals. Other areas of focus include strategizing, finances, board management, fundraising and program delivery. I hope you will join myself and my team as we set out to change the world and make it a better place.

MICHAEL BENNETT


My name is Michael Bennett, and I am the Special Events Chef Coordinator Chair of the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." From the very beginning it was Kyra and I that had the idea to create the foundation. I fell in love with the thought of this organization because like our Founder my heart is set on giving to those who are less fortunate. I saw her vision; she saw my vision and we got to work immediately. I know exactly what it takes to get it up and running and keep it running. I have faith in what we do in this Organization as well as full trust in the abilities of our Board Members.

       My focus in the organization is getting as many communities fed as I can. My cooking abilities will allow me to give those in need delicious gourmet meals not only during events but front door drop offs as well. I have a special love for cooking, creating recipes and special sauces that are sure to knock their socks off when you taste it. I am glad to see you are on board with "Let's Have A Heart Foundation" and I can't wait for you to dine with us, so if you're ready...

ASHLEY L. DIXON


My name is Ashley L. Dixon, and I am the Vice president and Vice Chair of the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." I first fell in love with this organization because of our Founder. Her heart is like mine and our need to help those in need is similar in so many ways. I saw her vision and I saw it very clear, and I understand what it is going to take to get it up and running like a well-oiled machine but the faith I have in the abilities of my fellow Board Members, Staff Members and our "HEARTBEATS" that lend their helping hands to get out in the field daily and make a change in so many lives is astronomical!

      If we can gain the support of the community and our elected officials, we can do great things in this world. My focus in the organization is helping to lead our team to success. Guiding and evaluating the other members of the team including board members and staff members alike. plan, direct, oversee and coordinate operations and activities within the organization ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems meet the current and future needs of the organization. I am a backup leader to the boards President so that the board is never without leadership. It is a pleasure to serve on this wonderful board of this outstanding foundation and I thank you for being a part in some way!

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE CHAIR



TAMESHA M. FRANKLIN


My name is Tamesha M. Franklin, and I am the "GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE CHAIR" of the organization. I first fell in love with this organization because it's a mirror of who I was. The founder and I have been best friends since grade school. When she showed me the bio and the mission statement, I was all the way on board to being a board member. I have a heart for those that are in need of assistance. I was once where these people are and I know the dangers that lurk around those corners, I've seen the things that go bump in the night.

      Now that my life has changed, I also know the beautiful Blessings that flow on the other side of those struggles. My focus in the organization is ensuring that the organization is truly working towards its mission and saving the members of the communities that it serves to the fullest potential. The Governance Committee Chair provides consistent oversight, accountability and checks and balances that can ensure that we reach our goals and remain sustainable for the long-term. I will also focus on overseeing management, finances and quality. I will focus on building community relationships and putting procedures in place to keep the organization on track. PROGRAMS DIRECTOR CHAIR



ZAHARIAS J. McINTYRE Jr.


   My name is Zaharias Jerome McIntyre Jr., and I am the Programs Director for the organization. I came to know the good works of the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation" by way of our Founder. I see how dedicated she is to making sure that change is possible. I too have a heart for those in need and would love to see everyone have a piece of the American dream of home ownership and to be an Entrepeneur which will in turn boost our economy. I understand the vision of our organizations founder and I see it helping millions of people.

         As the Programs Director I will be focusing on overseeing program development, seek grant and proposals, manage projects and oversee budgets, direct all departments of the nonprofit to ensure what they are doing is in line with its purpose and its mission, manage and direct program coordinators and volunteer coordinators who in turn manage staff and volunteers or as we like to call them "HEARTBEATS" for fundraising projects and beyond. I will also oversee the use of technology support program growth and manage marketing and communications Ie: media and social media.

         I will facilitate positive relations between the programs team, the public and other departments within the organization. I will also create and maintain program records, reports, presentations and proposals. I feel extremely Blessed to be a part of something so amazing and worthy of all it seeks. ROSILAND J. JONES-HARGRESS


My name is Rosiland J. Jones-Hargress, and I am the Chief Financial Officer of the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." I first fell in love with the idea of nonprofit organization when my brother lost his life. I started a nonprofit organization in his name because he was all about children and the betterment of their education. He had an organization called

"Black Men Reaching Back." He and his volunteers would take inner city youth that did not have fathers weather deceased or imprisoned and show them what a father figure looks like. I admired that so much in my brother, so it was only befitting that in his passing I founded an organization of my own called the "TRJ MEMORIAL SCOLARSHIP FOUNDATION." We helped with sending inner city youth to college whose grades would not otherwise allot them the opportunity. When our founder came to me about the idea of helping people other than self I knew right away, she was dedicated to seeing this through as she has always helped people other than self. Thats just who she is as a person, A Very giving and kindhearted person that always sees the good in others so when she asked me to be a part of her organization, I couldn't say no. As the Chief Financial Officer my focus will be on managing the financial operations of the organization ensuring the nonprofits financial health and sustainability. This role oversees all financial reporting, analysis and compliance requirements. I will be tracking cash flow, risk management, managing the budget, negotiating loans, lines of credit and overseeing investments. You have made a great decision getting in the fight with US! ERNEST J. HARGRESS JR.


My name is Ernest J. Hargress Jr., and I am the "PROGRAMS COMMITTEE CHAIR" for the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." Being the "PROGRAMS COMMITTEE CHAIR" is right in my lane as I am a union worker and put together different events and programs all of the time. I understood the assignment when our Founder came to me and told me about her mission. It is overwhelming the number of misplaced veterans and families there are in the world the biggest homeless community being the state of California. I have faith in the abilities of my fellow board members and this foundation that we are a part of as well as the communities that we serve. My areas of focus begin with an ongoing, organized effort to provide a service or support where needed. Programs Committee Chair is a big part of our nonprofit organizations structure. I will help the project manager and the programs team overcome challenges in the work and ensure the program stays aligned with the organization's strategic goals. My name is Kijona T. Williams, and I am the "FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE CHAIR" for the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." I first got on board with this organization seeing someone I love and care for be so extremely passionate in building something special for a worthy cause. I come from a long line of "GETTING IT DONE!" and I don't plan on slowing down nor stopping now. Fundraising is huge in any organization and so my place in this foundation is no easy task, but I am truly dedicated and committed to "GETTING IT DONE!" As "FUNDRAISER COMMITTEE CHAIR" my focus will be to direct the boards fundraising planning and activities, and direct and lead the fundraising committee. I will manage monthly meetings and promote leadership within ALL departments of this organization. I will also develop annual fundraising strategies (e.g.-merchandise sales, special events, sponsorship opportunities, etc.), including our fundraising needs. I create the fundraising calendar, review fundraiser analysis, create communications plans and Thank and Acknowledge Donor and Sponsorship gifts. My name is Za'Khari C. K. Daniels, and I am the "CHIEF EXECUTIVE SECRETARY CHAIR" for the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." Being the "Chief Executive Secretary Chair" is great, I love helping others and when our founder showed me her passion for bringing this foundation to its feet, I felt I had to be a part. Ever since I can remember I have felt the need to look out for others and be an advocate for those without a voice and being a part of the great things that will unfold through its wonderful works is my way of showing that. My area of focus is on being a conduit for communication between board members. I will proactively be collaborating with board members to set up meetings, give proper notice of any meetings, and promptly distribute materials like agendas and minutes. I will maintain diaries and arrange appointments, prioritize workloads. I am in charge of the hiring of an event venue, maintain effective records and uphold the legal requirements of governing documents etc. I am so all in for what this journey and this organization as well as the betterment of its benefiters. My name is Za'Khaiiah L. V. Daniels, and I am the "VICE SECRETARY CHAIR" for the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." Being the "Vice Secretary Chair" is very rewarding. I have a heart for others who are less fortunate and when our founder showed me her passion for helping those same people, I got involved right away. Although I am young, I am wise enough to know that world needs Do~Gooders every single day. This organization is one of a kind and I am PROUD of the work we do and can't wait for what the future has in store for us. My area of focus is on being a vice assistant conduit for communication between board members. I will proactively be collaborating with board members to set up meetings, give proper notice of any meetings, and promptly distribute materials like agendas and minutes in the absence of my executor. I will maintain diaries and arrange appointments, prioritize workloads. I am second in charge of the hiring of an event venue, maintain effective records of all events. I am so excited for what the future hold for the communities in which this organization serves.

My name is Tony R. Jones II and I am the "EVENTS COMMITTEE CHAIR" for the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." Being the "EVENTS COMMITTEE CHAIR" is cool as I am an artist and I put together events, showcases etc. all of the time. I understood perfectly well when our Founder came to me and told me about her mission. It is pure genius how we will merge fun with mission and utilize our references to raise funds for such amazing people. My name is Romerra Williams, and I am the "DONATIONS & NETWORKING COMMITTEE CHAIR" for the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." Being the "DONATIONS & NETWORKING COMMITTEE CHAIR" gives me a wonderful feeling. I have always had a giving spirit so it's only right that I am on this Board as the Donations & Networking Committee Chair. My areas of focus will be Collecting, asking and receiving donations as well as donating to those in need which is a big part of our nonprofit organizations mission. I will help the organization gain access to donations such as clothing, furniture, toys for children, food, hygiene products, coats, blankets, hats. and all things that Our Veteran and Homeless Families may need to get through their day to day as well as those who are transitioning into housing. My name is Shavon Thomas, and I am the "EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR OF EVENTS" for the "Let's Have A Heart Foundation." Being the "EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR OF EVENTS" gives me such pleasure. I have always had a gift for creating something beautiful so it's only befitting that I am on this Board as the Executive Creative Director Of Events. My areas of focus are to be the big-picture professional who maintains a cohesive look and feel to any and all projects or events that are done through our organization. I supervise the entire creative process and guide the team that works under me. My creative team includes art directors, copywriters, content strategists, graphic artists, and various designers. I engage with clients daily and secure the needs of each project, fundraiser and or event, keep a well-organized team, have brainstorming sessions with my fellow Board Members, manage and maintain our budget and our timeline, as well as oversee ALL creative decisions.
